Annual General Meeting

Dear Parent

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – THURSDAY 12th JULY 2007

You are invited to attend the Group’s Annual General Meeting to be held at Trinity School Scout Hut, starting at 6.30pm on Thursday 12th July 2007. An agenda is attached.

Whilst the meeting is being held, there will be supervised activities outside for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. After the meeting, at about 7.30pm, there will be a barbecue, wine and other refreshments. In the event of poor weather the meeting will be held in the Upper School Hall, with activities for the boys taking place in the Scout Hut.

This is an important meeting in Group’s calendar and all parents are encouraged to attend.

Following the meeting there will be a presentation of cheques to Eden Valley Hospice, St. Michael’s Church and Guide Dogs for the Blind.
